Winter Blues!
This winter has been long and hard! So,
lets look forward to Spring coming and
start preparing our horses for the
upcoming show and trail ride season!
You are invited to join the
Rockin RC Extreme Trail Team!
I am so excited about this new
program we are offering. Join the
team and come compete with us at
UCHA (Ultimate Cowboy Horseman
Association) Cowboy Races. These
races are not all about fast! They are
won with precision and smoothness
over each obstacle in the course and
performance maneuvers. I know you
all can do great! My family and I have
enjoyed so much the races we have
been to. They are very family oriented
with low key and casual competition.
Competition encourages us to work
hard to get better, which only makes
our relationship with our horses even
better!

My mom, Carolyn Perry has been afraid of horses for as long as I can
remember. She has supported my horse passion; but always said she
could never conquer her fear.
This year, after 18 years of me training horses professionally my mom
decided on her own; to learn how to ride! She has watched my clinics
and demo's and believes in my training program so much that she
wanted to try!
She has had 5 lessons and growing in her horsemanship. Slow step x
step work starting with breathing and stretching exercises has
helped her develop balance in the saddle. She is learning how to
work through her fear by trusting the proven training methods she
has seen through me and my horses. I am so proud of her and so
grateful for her continued support not only in my professional career
but in my life. She is my spiritual example and great friend!

A note from Cindy: Looking back over the last few months of cold and snow I can still feel warm inside for all the blessings the Lord has brought and is bringing in my life! He has opened up so many doors for our business and we are following His direction and leadership; seeking his will in our lives and business. He says to us in Proverbs "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your path." I wake up every day making a choice to trust the Lord and follow the path He lays out before me. As I work with horses everyday I see so clearly my personal struggles I have following Gods path, much like the horses that resist the direction I ask them to go. You see if the horse says no, and pulls against my rein or pushes against my leg, his life becomes difficult with constant pressure pulling at him and causing him to stress and work harder. When he goes on the path or direction that I have asked him to go, he finds the release of the pressure and peace from his stress. The less he resists me and the direction I lay out for him; the easier his life becomes. I am learning to give in to God's will and direction and find His peace. I praise Him for the life he has blessed me with, my husband, my children, my family, friends, and of course, my horses! "With God all things are possible!" Luke 18:27 |

| Extreme Course Getting Under Way! Our next Extreme Makeover Horse Course will be starting March 10, 2010! I look forward to working to build better horsemanship between horses and their people. This course is meant to establish or re-establish a trusting foundation with your horse. This clinic is spread out over a few months to ensure the information that is being learned is retained for a lifetime. I truly enjoyed putting on two of these clinic series in 2009. The progress of the horses and riders was truly amazing! I find such joy in seeing my students and their horses succeed. From the round pen to the trail this course is meant to make your horse over! Building a foundation with our horses is essential to great performance and trail horses! We can't expect our horses to know it, if we first haven't taught it! Here is your opportunity to start with your young horse or start over with your older horse! Experience a Extreme Makeover for your horse! I am looking at starting another clinic this summer, if you are interested contact me! Check out our Calendar for the fall course start date! I also will be starting another course in Iowa at Painted Prairie Acres at the end of March! |

Ryan & I were honored to represent Tucker Saddles at the Denver Market in Colorado this past January. This market is the launching pad for every equine and western tack and apparel company in the world. Getting to see first hand new lines going to be offered in the fall of 2010! Tucker Trail Saddles introduced their new Close Contact trail saddle that I can't wait to try out! I also got to go to a Cruel Girl Fashion Show with Joe Turner from Roy Frey and pick out my fall ward robe! It was awesome! |

| This annual event is my spiritual recharge for the new year! I love this event as I get to teach my training program and share Christ freely with my audience! This year Joshua my mustang showed an example of a willing and trusting partner who followed my leadership. He is an amazing example of how we should be toward Christ! What a blessing it was to be at this glorious and worshipful weekend! |
